Withdrawals return to the payment method you deposited from. If you deposited via online payment, you withdraw to e-wallet; if via mobile banking bank transfer, you withdraw to a local payment account linked to your verified name. We do not support withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. After verification, withdrawals typically process within the same timeframe as deposits—e-wallets within minutes, banks within hours.
Account Tiers and Limits
Our wildtoto platform uses account tiers (Tier 1, 2, 3+) to manage deposit and withdrawal limits. Newly verified accounts start at Tier 1 with standard limits—usually our welcome offer per deposit and our welcome offer per day in withdrawals. As you accumulate verified deposits and plays, you automatically tier up, unlocking higher limits.
Tier progression is automatic; there is no application process or cost. Your current tier and limits are visible in the Account menu. If you reach your daily withdrawal limit, you can place another withdrawal request the next day; there is no penalty or fee for splitting withdrawals across calendar days.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
We offer various bonuses on wildtoto—welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and seasonal offers. Each bonus has terms displayed in the app: the bonus amount (expressed as a percentage or credit), the wagering requirement (how many times you must play the bonus before withdrawing it), and an expiration window (how long the bonus remains valid).
Bonuses are credited as separate "bonus balance" in your account. You can spend bonus balance on any wildtoto game (slots, live tables, sportsbook) unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Once you meet the wagering requirement, the bonus converts to regular balance and becomes withdrawal-eligible. If a bonus expires before you meet its requirement, it is forfeited—we do not extend expiration dates.

If a settlement dispute arises, we provide a record of your play in your account history. You can contact our support team to review the record. We do not re-settle games except in cases of obvious system error (e.g., a payout amount miscalculated due to a software bug). Our decision on settlement disputes is final.
Voiding Wagers
On rare occasions, we may void a wager and refund your stake. This occurs when:

We make no warranty that the platform is error-free, that it will be available 24/7 without interruption, or that your account balance can never be affected by unforeseen events. We do our best to maintain uptime and security, but we cannot guarantee perfection.
Our liability to you is limited. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—for example, if you lose a potential winning opportunity because the app crashes. Our maximum liability in any single dispute is the balance in your wildtoto account at the time of the incident, or the amount of your most recent deposit, whichever is lower.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team via in-app chat or email. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Provide details of your issue, the date and time it occurred, and any relevant game IDs or transaction IDs. We will investigate and respond with our findings. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our legal team; provide written notice detailing why you disagree with our resolution.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law

You may not join or participate in class-action litigation against us.
Account Closure and Inactive Accounts
You may close your wildtoto account anytime by contacting support. We will freeze your account and convert any remaining balance to a withdrawal-eligible amount. You have 60 days to request that withdrawal; after 60 days, balances in inactive accounts may be subject to dormancy fees (we will notify you before any fees are applied).
We may close or suspend your account if:
- You breach these Terms of Use.
- We detect fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
- You fail to provide requested verification documents.
- You engage in abusive behaviour toward our staff.
- Local laws require us to cease operating in your jurisdiction.
If we close your account, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email. Any remaining balance is yours and can be withdrawn upon request, provided your account is in good standing and not flagged for fraud. If fraud is suspected, we may hold the balance pending investigation.
Concluding Terms
These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and wildtoto regarding your use of our platform. If any term is found to be unenforceable by a court, we will modify that term to make it enforceable; the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
We may update these Terms anytime. Changes take effect 30 days after we post them on wildtoto.app. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Continued use of wildtoto after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
